All you need do is send me a quick email to let me know that you are in and how many people in your house will be doing the challenge. The plan is family-friendly so why not get everyone involved! I will also add you to a private Facebook group so that we can all support each other along the way!
The challenge starts Monday September 11, 2017! You will receive your meal plan, recipes & a shopping list on Wednesday September 6, 2017 so that you have plenty of time to shop and prepare!
