Meal Plan

It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
You don't need to spend hours in the kitchen to make delicous, healthy food
Breakfast
 
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen black cherries
1 scoop high quality protein powder
1 TBSP Chia
1 TBSP each cacao nibs and powder
1 big handful greens
Stevia -- optional
Ice
 
Blend all ingredients except protein powder until smooth.  Add protein and blend for another 30 seconds.
 
Enjoy!
 
 
Lunch
 
3 eggs
mixed greens
EVOO Vinegarette
Black coffee or tea
 
 
Dinner
 
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
 
 
Snack
 
Spiced Nuts
